His Excellency the President of the Republic of Sierra Leone Rtd. Bridg. Dr. Julius Maada Bio has renewed the appointments of the Chairperson, Patricia Narsu Ndanema, Vice Chairperson, Victor Idrissa Lansana Esq, Commissioner Hassan Samba Yarjah & Commissioner Simitie Lavaly of the Human Rights Commission of Sierra Leone (HRCSL) for another 5-year term effective 12th April 2024 pursuant to Section 4(1) of the HRCSL Act 2004. The Commission is grateful to the President, partners, and staff of the Commission for their unflinching support over the past years. In his response, the Vice-Chairman Victor Idrissa Lansana Esq. said, “We are thankful to the President and we pledge to do more in serving the people of our beloved country with utmost dedication to protecting and promoting human rights.”
